America took a big step amidst the ongoing uproar over H-1B visa, gave this special relief to Indians

Considering the Current State of Political Drama over the H-1B Visas for Indians, the Authority Being the US has Surely given a Big Reprieve for Indians Availing of the H-1B Visa. Currently, H-1B visa holders are required, at a certain time interval, to leave the country – come to India or any other part of the world – get a stamp of another country in their passports, after which only they can get their visas renewed.

Now, this requirement has come to an end, in line with the work-in-progress projects, pilot projects based on technology being run by the US Embassy in India. The successful completion of this project has now paved the way for its deployment in the upcoming new year, January 2025.

Benefit Will be Available to Workers in the IT Sector

The information on this has been published in the yearbook issued by the US Embassy. This facility will be mostly availed by a large number of Indian professionals employed in the IT sectors: now, after every stipulated interval, they go through the hassle of visiting the US embassy in some other country, have to face long waiting lines, and draw out hundreds of dollars towards such arrangements-they will now be relieved of that.

Interestingly, the newly-elected President Donald Trump, along with his key aide and Tesla chief, has put the entire H-1B visa issue into big controversy as well. Many prominent personalities who were in favor of Trump in the previous elections ended up speaking about prohibiting this visa processing.

Indians made racial remarks

Indians are also subject to racial remarks under the pretext of all controversies. Vivek Ramaswamy and Sriram Krishnan, named by Trump for powerful posts in his next administration, also face racial comments. It is expected that the first immigration-related announcement Trump will make would be after taking power on 20 January 2025.
